DOZ Issue 26 December 2017 | Page 3

EDITOR’S LETTER Dear Readers, Christmas is here again! I can’t believe it! It was only yesterday that I wished you all a happy new year and now I am saying Merry Christmas? Where did all the months between January and December go? More importantly, what did I do with the time? Apparently, this is more a season of reflection that celebration for me. These are exciting times for us at DOZ. In October, we relaunched DOZ Network as a Facebook group, and currently, there are 10,000 women in the group. And that isn’t all. On the 9th of November 2017, DOZ Show Episode 1 went live. So, what is DOZ Show all about? You might be asking. Late last year, the Lord instructed me to take DOZ That Inspire You to the next level, DOZ Show. DOZ Show is simply DOZ That Inspire You as an audio interview. And while DOZ Magazine is only able to feature one inspiring story each month, DOZ Show will feature four interviews each month. And that means more inspiration for everyone. Aren’t you excited? I am. Please follow DOZ Show on Blog Talk Radio. www. blogtalkradio.com/dozshow. Also, if you know a woman with an amazing testimony who would like to share it to inspire other women, we would like to have her as a guest on the show. And if you have a great testimony, please be my next guest on the show. This is DOZ Issue 26, December 2017. Our DOZman Inspiration for this issue is Kunle Sonuga. He has been called a male feminist, an appellation which he embraces. He is one of the few men I know who believes that God made the man and woman equal. He chats with me about his vision to help women gain equality in Nigeria, his passion for writing and his walk with the Lord. Our DOZ That Inspire You, is, Minister Wanda Jo Taylor. As a young child, she felt like a boy trapped in a girl’s body, and everyone thought it was a phase. But at 17, she came out to tell the world that she was gay and proud. For 30 years she lived like a man, attended gay clubs, was a player and a pimp until Jesus stepped in and delivered her and gave her a brand new start. Lara’s story continues, find out what happens next in “DOZ Chronicles: Lara.” Be inspired by the stories, articles, and interviews. I look forward to seeing you in the new year.
