Those gourmet bologna sandwiches I mentioned at the beginning of the story were no joke. For Craft Beer Week — May 14-20 this year — Kim decided to make some gourmet bologna sand- wiches for pairings. The Beach Um- brella Baltic Porter paired with a bologna sandwich with smokey BBQ sauce with a hint of fennel.
