School Workshop in Journalism and New Media at the University of Miami; Kennedy Huff,
Missouri Urban Journalism Workshop at the University of Missouri; and Bria Paige, the
Remembering “Freedom Summer” High School Multimedia Project at the University of
Southern Mississippi.
The 2013 high school summer workshop writing competition winners received their scholarships in 2014. The scholarship recipients were Milton Guevera and Ashlee Fenn, Journalism
