Faithful Designs is a wedding styling and event company, based in Plymouth, and is run by the ever so lovely Danielle Donnelly. In each edition of Dotty Magazine, Danielle will be joining us with her regular column, with a behind-the-scenes look into the wedding industry and lots of helpful hints for the brideto-be. However, for the first edition, we’d like to give you a glimpse into the world of Faithful Designs, so I’ll hand over to the lady herself.
We’ve recently had a bit of a makeover here at Faithful Designs. Why, I hear you ask? On both a personal and a business level, I’ve just felt a little lost. It happens to the best of us sometimes, but I wasn’t quite sure who or what Faithful Designs was any more, and where the business was heading long-term. After some words of encouragement from my nearest and dearest, I decided to take a step back to re-evaluate and focus on what I wanted the business to become. I’m extremely passionate about my work, and being creative is what I do best. I’m mad about all things wedding but I totally adore everything retro, vintage and a little bit quirky. I love bringing the whole concept of a wedding together, from those initial ideas, right through to those all important finishing touches.
With all of this in mind, I decided to contact the fabulous Curly Chops Design, who just so happens to be the designer of Dotty Magazine too! I let Faye climb inside the mind of Faithful Designs, and that’s how she came up with our amazing re-brand! I feel as though the fog has been lifted, and I can finally see the direction I wish to pursue with Faithful Designs. We will still be able to supply your wedding with the most beautiful range of quirky and vintage props, which are available to hire. We can organise anything you could think of, from suitcases, picture frames and jam jars, through to hanging lanterns, chair covers and decorative accessories.
