Plate Setter Small Elevator for 8” Pizza Stone Elevator
The Plate Setter is used to promote indirect cooking on
the BBQ oven by providing a barrier between the food and
the fire. The thermal design of the BBQ oven allows heat to
efficiently radiate within the dome while preventing the flames
and heat from over-cooking the food. Simply put the small elevator directly on the fire box of a
14” grill, and place the small pizza stone in the middle.
Finally, place the cooking grill on top. The function of
small elevator set is the same as the Multi-Level Grill for
your BBQ oven. The elevator can be used on the 21”, 23”, and 25”
BBQs and is used for indirect cooking. When grilling,
just put it on the fire ring and used it with the cooking
grill, pizza stone or platter setter.
