handmade, a consistent gold/ silver/bronze
winner at the Dalemain World Marmalade awards.
She also makes jams, spiced fruits, chutneys,
mustards (proceeds from Spitfire mustard are
donated to Help for Heroes). All her ingredients
are locally sourced, foraged or grown by Julie.
There are new twists on traditional recipes – try
them and “spread” the word!
