am’s Pigs is a family farm with pedigree
Oxford Sandy & Black pigs reared in
woodland where they supplement their diets
through natural foraging, producing the highest
quality pork. The 50-strong organic beef herd
is focussed on Aberdeen Angus, sired by their
pedigree Aberdeen Angus bull. They sell sausages, pork joints and cuts from the farm. The 12
beehives have started producing honey.

ower Chapel Marsh Farm is a high welfare, ‘totally Dorset’ business, producing Freedom Foodaccredited lamb and veal. They also supply hogget
and mutton, shearling and ready-to-knit lamb’s wool.
This ancient farm, mentioned in the Domesday
Book, is a haven for wildlife. It runs on sunshine
with solar panels and harvested springwater.

interbourne Game, based at Martinstown,
supplies fresh, wild, seasonal game and
game-derived products to the trade and to the
public at farmer’s markets in Dorset and London.
They process their own game, the majority of
which comes from their own shoots. All venison
comes from the carefully managed animals on
their land.

iddle Valley Chicken are given the time to grow
slowly on a natural diet with grass, clover and
corn giving them their succulent meat and traditional
chicken flavour. They live happily in large grassy
paddocks with plenty of food and water. We
specialise in big chickens, perfect for roasting and
big enough to feed the largest of families.

yld Meadow Farm is in the far west of
Dorset where the Sage family has farmed
sheep using traditional methods for generations.
The welfare of their animals is paramount. The
sheep and beef cattle are reared naturally, on
a chemical free diet, grazing on prime Dorset
meadow. Clive and Jo Sage produce high quality,
full flavoured lamb and extremely tender beef.
