countryside. It is about fresh, simple ingredients
and creating great food. But it’s not just about the
cooking, it’s the whole day, meeting people and

one-day hands-on workshops and demonstrations

home at Littlebredy. Her small (maximum seven)
classes cater for all levels of skill, from novice to
expert, inspiring and challenging you and boosting
your confidence in the kitchen. Local suppliers
provide almost everything, from the coffee to fresh
wasabi root.
