olly’s homemade brownies are a serious
chocolate hit, baked using locally sourced
ingredients where possible. A number of different
flavours are available and gluten-free. Rolly’s
Brownies were winners of Best Sweet Bakery in the
Taste of the West Awards, 2012 and 2014! Brownies
can be purchased online or through various outlets
across Dorset and London – they are listed on the
website.

batch, craft chocolate: hand-sorted, hand-
roasted, bean-to- bar in a cottage workshop. Hand-
poured, hand-tempered and hand-wrapped using
rare, fine-flavour cacao beans and cold-pressed
cacao butter. Via direct trade, they’re helping grow
rainforests, heirloom cacao trees and communities.
Organic, GMO free, naturally fermented, their
single estate chocolate is vegan-friendly and
incredibly flavourful.
