verything at Absolute is homemade with
care. Everything from gateaux, cheesecakes,
and speciality desserts to all types of biscuits,
tray-bakes and children’s novelty cookies. Cake
pops are always a hit on my stall at food festivals,
along with my scrummy cheese straws and scones.
I also make birthday cakes for any occasion. I have
been baking for over 25 years and now operate
Absolute from my home by the River Stour on the
Bournemouth/Christchurch border. S Bakes provides a great range of truly
homemade cakes, pastries and other
delicious items. Cakes are currently sold in local
Bournemouth and Poole cafés and purchased by a
local hotel for the delight of their guests and staff
alike. Cakes are baked to order and 24 hour notice
is required. A list of cakes is available on request.
