Who were some of your biggest influences that are in the same field you are in?

I would have to say Chuck D and the entire Public Enemy "Hip Hop Band" their like my Rolling Stones, U2, etc… Always stayed consistent with their music and message! Also KRS-One edutainment and essence evolved to him being a master teacher! Heavy D his personality and character was my biggest influence since I grew up with him in Mt. Vernon, played with his cousins and he always got permission from my mother to park the tour bus on our street! That's the kind of fella you want to grew to be, large & humble with class and style. Last but certainly not the least, for I was inspired most and study by far Jay-Z, Dame Dash and the whole Roc-a-fella movement that they accomplished within DEF JAM in the record business climate which was late 90's Hip Hop & Rap music!

Compare yourself to some one that is more established, who would that be and why?

That's hard to do, since what i'm doing has no blueprint or what I will accomplish and have already can not be compared! You can't compare Russell Simmons, Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson, LL Cool J, Warren Buffet, Steve Jobs, Nikolai Tesla to Einstein, Bill Gates, Wall Street, Big Daddy Kane, Paul McCartney, Paul Anka, Andre Harrell…. I think you get what i'm saying.

What made you want to get into the business?

My love for music and the respect I have for it as a powerful medium to one's soul! I was taught classically the bass cello and marched with my school band playing the alto saxophone in my adolescence. Was there when we the neighborhood kids decided to push the Hip Hop culture in Mt.Vernon doing graffiti, making your own clothes, creating own slang terms, then beat-boxing in elementary schools and break dancing on stolen linoleum! Those days was fun, then i grew up went to college and started doing street team work in 1997 for many underground indie & major labels. Found an internship with the studio that produced K7 platinum hit! Moved to NY to work in Power Moves studio in manhattan! The rest is history to be told at

What is the most difficult thing you have had to endure in life or in the industry?

The Most difficult in my life was losing my parents within a 3years period, having to adjust to that loss had me furious! Within the industry would have to be staying ahead of competition sponsored by multi-national companies and the consumers affair with streaming services. This business model has really hurt many labels but mostly the Artist/Songwriter & Artist/Producer/Publisher royalties.

Are there any questions that your were expecting that we didn't ask and want to answer?
