business page and you MUST be active on
it! We recommend posting 3 or 4 times per
day, but make sure it isn’t all sales, sales,
sales. Every post should NOT be “Enroll
now!” or “Sign up today!” Try to limit
those type of posts to one for every four
“other” posts.
Use your personal page as a “ninja business
page.” What does that mean exactly? It
means you need to make sure your personal
page reflects the values you want to project
to your students. As a school owner, you no
longer have the luxury of posting and liking
whatever you want.
You are a public figure and a community
leader. Invite all of your students and
families to be your Facebook friend. This
helps them feel like the know you on a
personal level, it makes them feel like they
are your friend and not just a member.
Start liking, commenting and sharing their
posts. This will improve your retention and
make your students more likely to refer
their friends to your programs.
