blueprint. Get your head around it, and make
it your own.

If you are in a business, you need to be doing
business development and take that magic
hour to think about what you are doing and
is that something someone else can do. The
more we can do that the better we can be.
I show people how to do that and I package
both of those courses together for people –

really getting some great results with it. But
again, it’s really just a tool though. You can
have all the tools in the world, but if you don’t
train the tool, put the time in, and don’t put
the magic hours in, it’s not going to work for
you.
DFL: Tell us about your quick start course
KM: The quick start course is a course that I
have designed for business owners that really doesn’t have anything to do with martial
arts world, but you could use it for the martial
arts world. If people like the idea of creating
systems on Google Drive, what I’ve done is
created this course called “Quick Start Course”
and what I do is show you, literally talk you,
through it with a screen capture.
Ok this is how you make a form in Google
Drive. This is how you embed a video. This is
how you can assign it to your staff. It’s really
a powerful tool, and the technology is free.
If you have a gmail account, then you have
Google Drive. And when you have Google
Drive, you can learn how to do this. It’s kindof
rough in the beginning, but the quick start
course walks you through it.
It’s $199 for that and I throw in a magic hour
course with it too. The magic hour course is
neat because once you learn to use the quick
start tool, then I walk you through a month of
business development. With the quick start
and magic hour course, I walk them through
how to create 10 systems in 1 month.

take you the courses that we offer. I think
that’s really my calling. I’m not going to have
25 mega schools. What I do want to do is help
small business owners to find a nice equilibrium where they feel like they have a great
return on energy. And a part of that is making
sure you have a world class staff who you’ve
given very clear instructions to. That’s really
my calling and what I want to do in the world.
