1. & 2. Steve is a thirdgeneration Scottie owner of
British descent. Along with his
wife, Debi, they have been involved in AKC events with Scotties for over 35 years including
obedience and conformation.
Woburn Scottish Terriers has
produced more than 50 Scottie champions with several
owner-handled to Top 10 rankings, BIS, Westminster and Crufts qualifiers, and the first
Platinum Grand Champion Scottish Terrier.
3. ‘Jersey’ finished her championship quickly with three
major wins and all points from the Bred-by-Exhibitor class.
Taking time off for the whelping box, she produced five
American champions from six puppies. These puppies also
finished quickly with multiple major wins and all points from
the Bred-by-Exhibitor class.
4. Jersey’s pedigree has many well-known English and
American bloodlines. Jersey’s dam, Ch. Charthill Woburn Too
Intense ROMX, was the top dam in 2012, winning the STCA
Brood Bitch Award and was a top-ranked Scottie. Jersey’s
sire, Ch. Charthill Empire Maker HOF, obtained American,
Canadian, Mexican and International Championship titles.
He was BOB at the World Show, Westminster and Crufts with
a Group 4.
5. Jersey is a high-energy, showy, free-stacking girl with
the heads-up, tail-up attitude that is so important to the breed.
She also has a long head with small, high-set ears, prominent
prosternum, cobby body that is low to the ground with good
spring of rib and short back, and she moves like the wind.
These are traits that she has passed on to her offspring.

Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Owners: Maryanne and Larry Goethals
1. My husband and I had our beginning in Staffordshire
Bull Terriers in 2005, although we had been in dogs and dog
showing for many years prior to that. Our first two Staffords
were from Vanessa Groves of Amandla Staffords, out of her
beautiful bitch, Ch. Thorax Good Thyme Girl, and sired by
Damon Folmar’s boy, Ch. Solo Thorax Thyme, both South
African imports.
2. We acquired ‘Piper’ from Damon Folmar of Cornerstone
Staffords as a puppy, with tremendous potential.
3. She started her show career at 8 months and finished her
championship in three weekends with four majors, thanks in
part to the beautiful handling of Holley Eldred and Cindy
Stroupe. Piper went on to a specials career with Holley, acquiring a Stafford best of seven all-breed Best in Shows, many
specialty wins,
including Best of
Breed at our National Specialty in
2009, and Best of
Breed at Westminster t he same year,
all under the age of
20 months.
4. She was sired
by Ch. Thorax
Solo Thyme out of
Damon’s import
bitch, Ch Skyford
Strawberry Belle of
Strongford.
5. Piper has excelled at motherhood, producing 11 champions from 17 puppies. She was Top Brood Bitch in 2013 and shares Top Brood
Bitch in 2015. She passes on to her offspring her wonderful,
outgoing personality, her amazing movement, wonderful
structure and beautiful typey head. Her favorite place to be
is in the show ring with Holley. We are so proud of this girl
and all she accomplished in a short 17-month specials career
and will be forever thankful she came into our lives!

Owner: Bill McFadden
1. & 2. I have been in the sport for about 40 years. I started
breeding Wires in 1983. I am Pink’s breeder.
3. Her show career included finishing at Louisville with a
5-point major.
4. Pink’s pedigree is a combination of two imports: Ch.
Kinnego Bossman from New Zealand but all English and Irish
pedigree, and Eng. & Am. Ch. Tamedale Harmony. They are
both in her pedigree several times. She is by Ch. Random Roll
Up Your Sleeves out of Ch. Random Roll With The Punches.
5. Pink is a really lovely type and she has produced that
type consistently. DIR
