Non-Sporting Groups, and Best in Show.
I grew
up in...
Believe it or not,
Shanghai, China.
My parents fled
Nazi Germany
and lived in
a Shanghai
displaced
persons camp
for 10 years.
The breed I am best
known for is...
The Dalmatian.
My profession is...
Retired, former school teacher.
My hobbies are...
The arts, including theater, symphony, movies and museums. I belong to
a book club and am an avid exercise
freak. Part of my daily routine is either
aerobic dancing or walking 3 to 5 miles
a day. Sometimes I do both in one day.
My favorite movie is...
Many favorites, but The Manchurian
Candidate is one I cannot get out of
my mind.
My favorite book is...
The Mists of Avalon, by Marion Zim-
mer Bradley, and The Prince of Tides,
by Pat Conroy.
My favorite cuisine is...
Italian, but I really enjoy all types of foods.
My favorite music is...
Soft rock.
The best thing about judging is...
Finding that very special dog who
exemplifies his/her breed perfectly;
the dog that takes your breath away.
And the worst thing about
judging is...
The travel‚ the endless time at airports.
My favorite show dog
of all time is...
The Giant Schnauzer bitch Ch.
Galilee’s Pure of Spirit.

My favorite cuisine is...
Whatever doesn’t eat me first!
My favorite music is...
Opera, classical, jazz.
The best thing about judging is...
The search for the outstanding representative of a breed; judging great

And the worst thing about
judging is...
Like everyone else, the many hours
(days) traveling and dead time at airports.
My favorite show dog
of all time is...
My favorite show dog is Sue Korp’s
Dobe bitch Ch. Royal Tudor’s Wild
As The Wind (‘Indy’), shown by Andy
