The Afghan Hound Ch . Tryst of Grandeur , Top Dog in 1995 and among the Top 10 in the country for three consecutive years . She then took a two-year maternity leave but came back in 1999 , again ending up among the Top 10 dogs of all breeds . At the end of that year , Tryst was nearly 9 years old . She is shown with handler Michael Canalizo and judge Lydia Hutchinson , winning BIS at Burlington- Wisconsin KC .
