19 IT’S been a year of transition for Axwell, who along with Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso ?nally bade farewell to their Swedish House Ma?a project at UMF in March. The rest of 2013 has simply seen a continuation of Axwell’s solo career, which he maintained even at the height of SHM mania. This year’s highlights include, he says, “Playing at Fabrik in Madrid, one of the most intense crowds. Also, my homecoming party in Stockholm was a proper homecoming party. I’m so proud of the Swedish crowd!” And when asked if he has any stories to share, Axwell replies, “I have seen and experienced so many funny, crazy things these last couple of years that I don’t even notice them when they happen, it’s all just a part of ‘normal’ for me now. “The craziest thing for me is to see the crowd love the music I make.” IAN ROULLIER ?04 AXWELL From: Sweden.
