Crunchy Cacao Cups

Ingredients

1 TBS Coconut Oil

2-3TBS Raw Cacao

1.5 - 2 Cups Raw Unsalted Cashews, and any other nuts and seeds

1/3 Cup Buckwheat Grouts. If you can soak and dehydrate, if not, raw is fine

2/3 Cup Puffed Millet

1.5 - 2 Cups Dates, soaked until soft

3/4 Cup Shredded Coconut

1/2 Tsp Himilayan Rock Salt

1/2 Vanilla Pod or good quality Vanilla Extract

Optional Extra's

Feel free to add the following, adjusting the amount of nuts and coconut oil to

get the right wet/dry consistency:

Cranberries, Goiji Berries,

Brazil Nuts, Pecan

Nuts, Walnuts,

Sunflower seeds,

Pumpkin Seeds,

Sesame Seeds, Rolled

Oats, Dried Figs, Raisins, Sultanas

Recipe

Place all nuts and seeds into a food processor. Process for approx 10-15 sec.

Add buckwheat grouts, puffed millet and blitz to mix.

Add the soaked dates, cocnut oil, vanilla, salt, shredded coconut, raw cacao and any other optional extras.

Process until all is mixed well.

Press mixture into desired moulds, mini muffin tray, ice tray or just a flat tray.

Allow to set in the fridge
