Congratulations Bruce Wendorf
2016 Ditchdigger of the Year
Bruce Wendorf, President of Forsberg Construction is the winner of the 2016 Ditchdigger
of the Year Award which was presented at the NUCA National Convention in Las Vegas.
The Ditchdigger of the Year Award is presented annually to a contractor who has made a
significant contribution to the industry, on the national level and/or association.
Bruce has been involved with NUCA of Southwest Florida, NUCA of Florida and NUCA
National since 1998. He has always been a strong voice for NUCA, NUCA Members and
advocacy programs. Bruce has long proved his dedication to the utility construction
industry by promoting the value of membership and participation in NUCA. He continual-
ly strives to be a voice backing the construction industry. He remains diligent to monitor
regulations and taxation that inhibit cost and performance and strongly supports providing
safe jobsite environments.
Bruce has always been committed to his career and NUCA. He inspires enthusiasm
throughout NUCA of Southwest Florida, NUCA of Florida and NUCA National. He proudly
supports the many benefits of NUCA and welcomes the opportunity to share the many
lessons learned and numerous successes achieved.
