To Register :
• Use a separate registration form for each child .
• Complete the registration form online or on paper . Completed registration forms will be processed as they are received . You will receive an email confirmation that your registration has been received . You will receive a call ONLY if your first choice is NOT available .
Your child will not be placed into a class until the entire enrollment packet including immunizations and birth certificate are received .

• Webster Elementary School Come to learn more about District 622 Preschool and register your child for 2017 – 2018 preschool . Interested in Carver or Castle Elementary ? You are welcome to attend Registration Night at Beaver Lake or Gladstone .
February 21 , 2017 , 6:00 pm Kindergarten Information Night Early Childhood staff will be available to answer questions at Oakdale , Richardson , and Webster Elementary Schools .

Enrollment in District 622 Preschool
After completing the registration you will receive enrollment forms . Submit the forms and requested materials to the Enrollment Office at Beaver Lake Center .
• Government issued documentation of your child ’ s birthdate is required .
• Immunizations must be current .
• Early Childhood Screening must be completed or an appointment scheduled .
All enrollment paperwork must be completed and submitted by September 1 to ensure your child can start preschool on the first day of class .
