Also, Bill Gates once said your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning. Let unhappy customers teach you where the holes in your service are. Listen to what they say (we just did an online survey to help us).
14. Spend wisely, understand your industry.
When you spend money on your business, be careful to spend it wisely. It’s easy to spend too much on foolish things and run out of capital too soon. Tony Hsieh, founder of Zappos says, “Don’t play games you don’t understand, even if you see lots of other people making money from them.” Truly understanding your industry and people you are targeting is key to success.
15. Deliver more than expected.
Google's Larry Page encourages entrepreneurs to deliver more than customers expect. It’s a great way to get noticed in your industry and build a loyal following of advocates that will help you navigate the path more easily.
When success seems illusive pray this: “Father God, I need your help! Come live in my life! Help me make Your Goals for my life, my goals. You have created me for success and I ask You today for Your strength, wisdom, favor and confidence to achieve daily goals. Thank you for Your presence in my life as I claim this in Jesus’ Name. Amen!”
