Heb. 7:25 says Jesus our living Savior “is able to save FOREVER those who draw near to God through Him, since He ALWAYS LIVES to make intercession for them.” By His resurrection, Jesus proved He’s Who He claimed to be “the Resurrection and the Life” (John 11:25-26). Easter Sunday God gives us true Hope of how to truly live in light of the fact that JESUS CAN RESCUE AND RESTORE US! So pray this out loud…

Father God…thank you for sending Jesus to the Cross and raising Him from the Grave! Have mercy on me, according to Your unfailing love; blot out my transgressions

Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. For I now realize that Easter is not about a Dead Man but One who lives to insure My Future! Come into my life, heal and transform it, and set me on the path of your righteousness! I want to be set free of all my lusts, addictions, fears and deceptions! I want to be completely yours by getting rid of things in my life that I have tolerated. I want clean hands and eyes and a pure heart. I ask that you write my name in your Book of Life and make me a New Creation this Easter. In Jesus’ Name. Amen!
