3."Forgive and Forgive Again." Let go of the past.

4."Sound off." Find someone you trust to talk about your problems and concerns.

5.Love the skin you are in. "Accept who you are before you become what you can be."

Remember, emotional wellness is essential and affects every area of your life. Do not take this area of your life for granted. If you truly look for peace of mind, joy, and happiness, it must start within. If your life is emotionally unstable, please, get the help you need. You are worth it! (Isaiah 61:3)
