INVEST YOUR TIME THIS YEAR

I trust that 2019 is going good for you! But even if you blew the resolutions you made, don’t give up…invest your time in a CAUSE this year! Michael Hyatt has said “People lose their way when they lose their why!” When you know why you are here and what God wants you to do, there is great power in that CAUSE! In I Sam. 17:29 (KJV) David asks, “Is there not a Cause?”! When he fully trusted God and answered the Cause of taking giants out of his life, God elevated him to greatness! I challenge you to seek God for a CAUSE that obligates you this year!
I. VISION IS SOMETHING YOU POSSESS, BUT GOD’S CAUSE POSSESSES YOU
When possessed with a Cause, David could say in I Sam. 17:47 “the battle is the Lord’s” (in other words, God will be faithful to His promises on His call on one’s life)! So…
Stop wishing you were somebody else and be all God has made you to be! This is
not the season in your life to hate yourself. It's the season to discover yourself and your God-given gifts.
Psa. 139:14 says, you and I “are fearfully and wonderfully made!” Each of us have gifts and a calling or Cause given by God. When Paul realized this, he was able to fulfill the call to take the Gospel to the Gentiles. In Romans 12 and I Corinthians 12, he provides for us a listing of God-given gifts and in Acts 26:19 says, “…I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision”! In a heavenly vision, the things God asks us to do are those things He could do by Himself but invites us to take them on so we can see the miraculous! May we all boldly focus on fulfilling God’s Cause this year, for if you limit yourself only to those things that seem likely or achievable in your own strength, you will never experience the supernatural interventions of God. So, get hooked up to the Power of Your Cause!
Start believing & expecting great things, because until you have faith in the future,
