gave the entire family publicity and recognition for their good intentions. This serves as an example to the middle class black family, that when you put aside your barriers of rule and regulations, it has the possibility to unfold even more. It takes nothing more than actually doing what we say we are going to do! Ideas are not simply images of a light bulb receiving power but feeling the surges that moves the light to power on.
In the second story was of a woman who left her grandchild inside of her vehicle, while she went into a convenience story. Another woman was outside in her vehicle and witnessed the child sitting alone in the car. The woman automatically picks up her phone and calls 911 to report a child sitting in the car alone. Often times calling 911 is our first instinct, and something to be done without much thought or hesitation. Letting the light shine. Just in thinking outside of the box, it is important to help in ways that will not further feed destruction into our communities, instead work to exemplify better social interactions. During the story, I thought to myself, “Why couldn’t she have waited at the car with the child, instead of calling authorities and being confrontational.” Do not allow your sun to shine partially, God warms our heart in order to make a difference and share it with someone who needs refilling. Allow the rays from your sunshine, be impactful! The best way to save one life is to; make an impression upon one soul.
When that shining light is real and comes from the heart, those rays of love will influence and leave a lasting-impression on another soul. As people of God in 2017, we have to find creative ways to expose the power of God. Often times, simplicity is best! Not only is it about letting people recognize the glory in you, but allowing them to feel the glory in you! Be confident in the light that you present to others!
You love The Lord and everyone already knows it because they feel The Lord, His glory, power, and presence through YOU! We must not be discouraged by social life or the factors that surround us. Instead, embrace being the one who has those powerful rays, that breaks brigades. Be impactful in social circles and exhibit everything that God gave You and “ya mama!”
