Heritage Parkway Trail System
This system consists of over 135 kilometres of paved trails located in and around Sherwood Park . Residents can cycle , run , walk or in-line skate along the Heritage Parkway Trail System .

Sherwood Park Natural Area
This area offers birdwatching and walking on the three kilometres regularly groomed trail . Walk one kilometre along the Old Edmonton Trail . Spot animals from the wildlife-watching platform in this quarter section of mixed-wood forest .
