Ստեղծվել է 2004թ․ և գործում է Հայաստանի 6 քաղաքներում և Վրաստանում։ Կենտրոնը, որպես հիմնական՝ երկարատև, բայց առավել արդյունավետ գործիք է համարում կրթությունը, ուստի նպատակն է կրթության միջոցով նպաստել երկրի եւ շրջանների ներդաշնակ զարգացմանը եւ ներկրում-արտահանում հաշվեկշռի վերականգնմանը։ Ունի ավելի քան 800 շրջանավարտ, որոնց 80%-ից ավելին աշխատում են ՀՀ և արտասահմանյան առաջատար ՏՏ ընկերություններում։ Հանդիսանում է Արմաթ ինժեներական լաբորատորիաների և «Իրական դպրոց» նախաձեռնության համահիմնադիր:

ITC is the foundation of Instigate HR/recruiting strategy: it starts by bringing in interns into ITC and teaching them basics of Production and Quality Management Systems, Collaboration and IT/CM tools, Industry overview (Semiconductor, Embedded, EDA, Mobile world). More than 800 students passed through ITC.
ITC is the main contributor of Armath school network and the founder of ‘’Real School’’ educational initiative.
