Վանաձորի տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնը ստեղծվել է ՀՀ կառավարության, Համաշխարհային բանկի և Ձեռնարկությունների Ինկուբատոր հիմնադրամի կողմից և գործում է 2015 թվականից: ՎՏԿ-ի առաքելությունն է Վանաձորը վերածել տեղեկատվական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային կենտրոնի: ՎՏԿ-ի գործունեությունը միտված է տեխնիկական և գործարար հմտությունների զարգացմանը, տեխնոլոգիական ձեռներեցության խթանմանը, տեղեկատվական և բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում նորարար գիտահետազոտական աշխատանքների առևտրայնացմանը, նոր տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունների ձևավորմանը, մասնագիտական կարողությունների զարգացմանը:
Vanadzor Technology Center was established by the RA Government, the World Bank and the Enterprise Incubator Foundation and has been functioning since 2015. The mission of Vanadzor Technology Center is to turn Vanadzor into a regional and international center of information and high technologies. VTC's activities are aimed at developing technical and business skills, fostering technological entrepreneurship,
commercializing innovative research work in the field of information and high-tech industry, formation of new technological companies, developing professional capacities.
