3   Step 3 Shape your ribbon as you work, stitching your ribbon into place and securing at the bottom of each teardrop shape (Photo 3). Step 4 4 Now begin bead embroidering your design – start by stitching three goldstone beads onto each piece, positioning them as shown in Photo 4. At the top of each earring shape, stitch on one rhinestone and work a row of Size 11/0 bronze seed beads around each. Then, following the outer curve of each teardrop, stitch a line of Size 11/0 bronze seed beads down the spine of the shape, adding one 4mm bicone, one Size 15/0 bronze seed bead, four Size 11/0 cream seed beads, one Size 15/0 bronze seed beads, one 4mm bicone and then fill the remaining line with Size 11/0 bronze seed beads. Now, returning to the circle of beads at the top of each teardrop, work a line of beads down the centre of each, threading one Size 11/0 bronze seed bead, one 4mm bicone, one Size 11/0 seed bead, two cream seed beads, one fire-polished bead (Photo 4).
