Our trainees are our future. Ongoing training is not only
great for Dig-It and our employees, but also the future of our
industry. This is why our managers are dedicated to providing
quality training for the next generation. At Dig-it we always have
a number of trainees on staff as part of the New Apprentice
System. We also utilise other trade trainees as needs arrise.
‘Toolbox Training Sessions’ are an important part of the onthe-job education for the Dig-It team. These sessions are
held around the toolbox or site shed and train field staff in a
single work practice or topic. Dig-It staff members are also
encouraged to complete external courses to keep expanding
their knowledge and skills. That’s why our crew’s long list of
tickets and qualifications just keeps on getting longer.
