But we understand if you are hungry and have a few veggies. You can still follow the plan as if you didn’t have that snack. Just try to keep that happening consistently... cool? What if I goof up during the week? What do I do? Birthday lunches, surprise dinners, you name it. Things happen. Here’s what you can do... if you have an unplanned reward meal during the week, simply REPLACE one of your cheat meals over the weekend with something healthy (like protein and veggies) and stick to the rest of the plan.
