This month's M2 spotlight shines on the Class of '57 1957 Ford Fairlane. It is part of the WMT08 release, The Class of '57 series. There are 6 cars in this release not including chase cars. This is a limited production piece being 1 of 7280 cars. As with all M2 castings the detail is amazing. The hood and doors open. The engine detail under the hood is fantastic, as well as the interior of the car. The red and white striped seats and real rubber white wall tires are perfect for this casting. A really cool thing about this car is that it has a bunch of individual parts that you can remove. There are a few screws that hold a few of the parts and the others just pop off. It's pretty fun to break it down and then put it back together.
