I drew a line .25" from the top and bottom of the board. This would be where I would put my FRP Cap Moulding.

Once the contact

cement is dry, you can slide

the cards down in the grooves. With the dimensions we’ve done in this example, you should be able to get 8 cars on each column, so with 6 columns, that’s 48 cars. Sometimes you can get 9 on a column depending how tall

the blister is on the cards,

so it may hold a bit

more than 48.

Notice how the divider molding fits next to the bottom piece which is why it should be a bit shorter than 20 inches. Also notice how the corners overlap.

Now take your square and draw a line about ⅛ of an inch in from both end on each piece.

I then used contact cement to glue on the Cap Moulding.
