First I measured 3 feet on the
board and cut it with an
electric jig saw. Next I measured and cut the FRP Cap Moulding I just used a pair of side cutters to cut the moulding.
The poplar boards that I got were already 3 feet so I didn't need to cut the two that would be on the top and the bottom, but I did cut two sides. The lengths for the sides measured 8.25" (7.25 for the board and one more inch for the top and bottom poplar boards)
