Young Clara’s Piano Concerto

At the youthful age of 13, the gifted protégée Clara Wieck
began to compose her profoundly expressive piano concerto.
Completed at age fifteen, she was in love with the great
composer Robert Schumann and came to regard this beautiful
concerto as her feelings for the man who later became her
husband.
