Feeling for the staff of @CPSO_ca. 80+ investigations on a
really important issue, resulting in so many remediations,
advisements, etc., is a tremendous amount of work. Hug
a CPSO staffer today (with full prior consent!)- they can

Important to recognize the expense of discipline hearings.
Colleges are funded by membership fees. Discipline
Committees are authorized to order costs against members -
not as a sanction- but as a cost recovery mechanism.

The court evaluated the balance between individual dignity
and equitable access for vulnerable patients on the one hand
and the limit on religious freedom on other and concluded
@cpso_ca position was "demonstrably justified."
