Drs . David Rouselle , Steven Bodley to lead Council in coming year
Dr . david rouselle President
Dr . David Rouselle is an obstetrician / gynecologist at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket . He grew up in Parry Sound and is a 1981 graduate of Queen ’ s University medical school . Dr . Rouselle began his career as a family physician , completing a residency in that discipline at the University of Western Ontario before going on to complete his residency in obstetrics / gynecology at McMaster University .
Dr . Rouselle has been a District 5 Council member since 2011 . Before becoming a Council member , he was vice chair ( obstetrics ) of the College ’ s Inquiries , Complaints and Reports Committee . He held that position for four years , before becoming chair of the Committee in 2015 .
Dr . SteveN Bodley vice-President
Dr . Steven Bodley is an anesthesiologist from North Bay , with a focus on pain management . He has privileges at North Bay Regional Health Centre . Dr . Bodley received his medical degree from the University of Western Ontario and studied anesthesiology at the University of Toronto .
Dr . Bodley has been a District 8 representative since joining Council in 2009 . He has sat on the following committees : Executive , Quality Assurance , Finance , Methadone , Discipline , Premises Inspection and Fitness to Practise .
