TRAnsparency What is not on the public register T ransparency means different things to different people. Some people think it means that nothing should be kept confidential and that all information should be available. We don’t believe that should be the case. We believe that any information – whether it is about processes, outcomes or physicians – provided to the public should enhance public confidence, and be balanced with consideration of fairness and respect for each physician’s privacy.
