DISCIPLINE FINDINGS IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS Subsection 49(1) of By-law No. 1 (the General By-Law) is amended by adding the following paragraph: 28.  here a member has been the subject of W a disciplinary finding by another medical regulatory or licensing authority and that finding is known to the College, (i) the fact of the finding; (ii) the date of the finding, where known to the  College; (iii) the jurisdiction in which the finding was  made; (iv)  date upon which the College was notithe fied of the finding; and (v)  he existence and status of any appeal, when t known to the College.
