Subsection 49(1) of By-law No. 1 (the General
By-Law) is amended by adding the following
paragraph:
27. here a member is currently registered or

licensed to practice medicine in another
jurisdiction, and such licence or registration
has been made known to the College as of
September 1, 2015, the fact of that licensure
or registration.
DISCIPLINE FINDINGS IN OTHER
JURISDICTIONS

a disciplinary finding by another medical
regulatory or licensing authority and that
finding is known to the College,
(i) the fact of the finding;
(ii) the date of the finding, where known to the
College;
(iii) the jurisdiction in which the finding was
made;
(iv) date upon which the College was notithe
fied of the finding; and
(v) he existence and status of any appeal, when
t
known to the College.

from your practice address. It is NOT available to the public, unless you decide to use your primary practice address as
your mailing address. Your primary practice address is available to the public.
The College also uses your email address for some communications. Your email address is NOT available to the public.
