By-law consultation period extended beyond required 60 days Cautions-in-person Subsection 49(1) of By-law No. 1 (the General By-Law) is amended by adding the following paragraphs: 21.  n respect of a decision of the Inquiries, I Complaints and Reports Committee that includes a disposition of a cautionin-person, if the complaint that led to the decision, or, in a case where there is no complaint, the first appointment of investigators in the file, is dated on or after January 1, 2015, a summary of that decision, and, where applicable, a notation that the decision has been appealed. 22.  here a decision referred to in paragraph W 21 above is overturned on appeal or review, the summary shall be removed from the Register.
