Ownership
The St. Regis Deer Valley is owned by SRDV Partners, LLC which
is a joint venture Between Deer Crest Associates I, LC and Falcon
Investors, LLC. Deer Crest Associates I, LC is the developer of the
private gated community of Deer Crest Estates since its inception in
1996. David Reis is CEO of Falcon investors and has served as the
managing member of the Hotel’s ownership group since the project
commenced in 2005. Michael Zaccaro, COO of Falcon Investors,
oversees the day to day management of the St. Regis Deer Valley.
Design
Linda Snyder Associates, LLC was the interior designer for the
St. Regis Deer Valley and has been selected as the interior designer
for the Snow Park Residences at St. Regis Deer Valley. Linda is
also overseeing the current renovation of the St. Regis Deer Valley,
including all of its luxurious condominiums.
Contractor
Okland, one of the largest and most reputable builders in Utah,
was the original general contractor for the St. Regis Deer Valley.
Okland has been retained as general contractor for the Snow Park
Residences at the St. Regis Deer Valley and is currently building the
project with an estimated completion by late summer 2020.
