Founded in 1954, CRP Industries started as a company offering about 200 sizes of German manufactured tires to North America. Now, CRP is a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) market industry leader providing thousands of products from leading European and Asian brands to the automotive parts and industrial products industries in North America. After 45 years at its original location in Carteret, NJ, CRP had outgrown its roots and it was time for a new, modern facility. CRP was looking for a company that could not only provide a finished product that would have staying power and the ability to evolve with the changing needs of a growing company, but would create a facility that could safely store combustible fluids, adapt a fixed site plan for two tenants to meet the needs of one, and deliver all of these on an extremely tight time table. “JGPCO has an excellent reputation, proven track record in the project size required, and offered a package at a competitive price. In addition to the extra square footage, CRP is now in close proximity to major transportation networks that allows them to provide quality products more efficiently at competitive prices for generations to come.
