A Term Plan is an easy way to outline what you aim to achieve in students during the course of
a ‘teaching term’ or ‘whole of school year’. It is important however that such a term plan is supported by a
daily teaching plan where your specific teaching steps are detailed.
Step 3: Record Findings in a format that enables daily teaching reference. See the following table for
a presentation format for term based teaching plans. Pay specific attention to the ‘My Teaching Plans’ part
of this table, as this ensures you are explicit in your teaching.
