On the ground floor the living space is open-plan with
large glass panels, corner windows and sliding doors.
The plan is designed so that the central fire place is a focal
point of the communal areas in the house.
The interior fit–out has been designed by Dunn Architects
with emphasis on clean, contemporary finishes and design.
A feature stair leads to the first floor which contains four
bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each of which is
orientated towards different aspects of the landscape.
The project was delivered with a twelve-month
construction period.
