The client came to us with an almost definite idea of what he had
in mind for his new multi-purpose garden office. After one of our
experienced sales advisors had discussed their requirements we
were sure we could be of help.
We emailed our site information questionnaire to the customer;
this includes a few select questions to ensure there will be no
major issues with onsite installation. Once we had confirmed
the site was good to go, all the information was passed onto our
nationwide surveyor who organised a time and date to carry out
the survey.
Once our surveyor had discussed the specification with the
customer and conducted a full site survey of the site area, we were
able to draw up a full quotation and a mock elevation plan of the
proposed build.
