Hollo-Bolt ® HIGH SLIP RESISTANCE Type AAF Girder Clamp Hollo-Bolt A High Slip Resistance (HSR) steel clamping system for frictional applications and high tensile loading. Like most Lindapter products, it does not require drilling or welding, resulting in a faster installation and lower labour costs. The original expansion bolt for steelwork is a fast, cost-effective connection for Structural Hollow Section (SHS) that is quickly installed by inserting the Hollo-Bolt into a pre-drilled hole and tightening with a torque wrench. A high strength, permanent (or temporary) connection is quickly achieved by clamping two steel sections together. Hooks over the flanges of beams, angles and channels to connect steel sections that do not face, such as connecting horizontal beams with vertical columns. Fit the bolts with two Lindapter clamps, any packings required, a nut and a washer. Using a torque wrench, simply tighten each bolt to the recommended torque.
