The recently-introduced Celsius Solid Roof system from
Synseal is now fully approved and registered by the
LABSS (Local Authority Building Standards Scotland) as
checked for compliance with Scottish Building Regulations under certificate number EWS550.
Construction of a completely new solid roof or replacement of an existing conservatory roof with a retrofit solid
roof involves a statutory obligation to submit a Building
Regulations application. The scope of Synseal’s updated
certificate number EWS550 now covers England, Wales
and Scotland to facilitate mandatory legal technical compliance procedures for site locations in all three countries.
