Curry Chicken Salad Both breasts from a large rotisserie chicken chopped ½ C fat free greek yogurt ¼ C olive oil mayo 1 Tbl agave nectar 1 C halved seedless red grapes 3 ribs of celery chopped ½ tsp black pepper 1 to 2 tablespoons Yellow Curry Powder Mix all and enjoy with brown rice crackers, almond crackers and fruit!
