EMPLOYEE NEWS BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS WEDDING PLANS Derrin (Delta Asphalt of Arkansas) and Stephanie Wineland welcomed their fourth child, and first son, Bradley “Lane” Wineland. Lane was born on March 15, 2015, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas, weighing 6 lbs 5 oz. He has three older sisters: Jordan (16), Kimberly (13), and Destrie (11). Congratulations on such a blessed family! Welcome to the world Reese Katherine Binkley, daughter of Sidney (Delta Asphalt of Arkansas) and Laura Binkley. Reese is the first child of Sidney and Laura and was born on January 9, 2015, in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She weighed 5 lbs 13 oz and was 19 inches long. Congratulations! Jack (Southern Illinois Stone) and Ellen Hennessey celebrated the birth of their first granddaughter on none other than Grandpa Jack’s own birthday. Hadley Convy Decker was born on December 5, 2014, to Justin and Meggie Decker. Hadley weighed 6 lbs 13 oz and was 21 inches long. Congratulations to the new parents and grandparents! Congratulations to Laurel (Heartland Asphalt Materials Lab) and Josh McClelland on the birth of their first child, Kara Jewel McClelland. Born on December 29, 2014 at 5:54 pm, Kara weighed 5 lbs 6 oz and was 18 inches long. Best wishes to the new mom and dad! On February 27, 2015, Cecilia Walker was surprised by Scott Cain, her significant other, with a wedding proposal and a beautiful diamond engagement ring. Cecilia made him a very happy man by saying yes! While there are no engagement photos yet, the wedding date has been set for May 14, 2016, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Congratulations and best wishes! Proud parents Jordan (Illinois Construction Region) and Megan Janet announce the birth of their second daughter, Hattie Lynn Janet. Hattie was born on April 6, 2015 at 5:54 pm, weighing 7 lbs 7 oz and 20.5 inches long. Big sister, Libby Renae (17 months), was so excited to meet Hattie and is sure to be a big helper. Congratulations on both little angels! WHAT A GREAT SEASON Summer, daughter of Kari Wagner (Human Resources Generalist), and the Queen Bees from Scott City, placed 3rd in the 2015 Heartland Babe Ruth 8U Tournament. The tournament was held the week of June 14th – 22nd in Benton, Missouri. Summer and five of her teammates have been named to the All-Stars Team to play in July.
