SOUTHERN ILLINOIS STONE
There was a flurry of activity at Southern Illinois
Stone (SIS) during the fourth quarter. Due
to no shutdown of operations, SIS strove to
replenish the supply of products. SIS was able
to maintain production as well as maintenance
despite the lack of cooperation from the
weather.
NEW ENTRANCE AND ROADWAY
SIS completed the new entrance and
roadway entering the plant in order to improve
traffic flow. The new entrance not only
improves safety, but also the aesthetics for the
community in which SIS operates.
HOLIDAY LUNCHEON
SIS employees gathered for the annual holiday
luncheon to honor all employees and express
appreciation for
